CAN A PERSON HOLD 2 STATUS- NAMELY , INDIVIDUAL AND HUF WHETHER HE CAN HAVE 2 PAN FOR THE DIFFERENT STATUS WHETHER HE CAN CLAIM ALL THE DEDUCTION APPLICABLE FOR THE STATUS SEPARTELY

hi! yes a person can have 2 status as mentioned by u. he has to avail 2 different PAN cards. yes he can claim all the deduction applicable for the status separtely.

Actually, it is not a person having two status. An individual holding PAN is legally different to holding PAN as Karta of HUF. These two will be viewed legally differently only.
