While registering PAN No under File Returns Online, the email id given is incorrect. can i change the email id and what is the procedure for it ?

Dear Sir,
You can change your PAN database with the help of the PAN rectification or Correction form. You enter all the details available on that form and tick the e-mail address column and write your correct e-mail address on that column. Attach your Pan Card as a proof.
