25 May 2015 Dear sir/madam,

i am making an application for PAN card of married woman, the applicant is having intercast marriage , so i want to know that whether photo id proof as per old name will be allowed or not?

marriage certificate issuied by marriage ragistrar is awailable.

so please guide me which proof i should attach?

25 May 2015 identity for pan card application is admissible of marriage certificate but what documents will u supply?

for residence proof passport of SPOUSE is sufficient.

26 May 2015 thanx sir... but i want to know whether if election id card as per old name is available than can we use it for address proof?

26 May 2015 please do not copied the OLD election card @ pan card application, it is different name.

please noted that:-
Date of birth: is sufficient marriage certificate.

Proof of Address
****************
COPY OF PASSPORT OF SPOUSE

Proof of Identity
******************
Arrange Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
