Who is required to sign Form 49A in case of Partnership,
Both Partner or any Partner.

any partner can sign 49A...yes seal needs to be affixed.. u need to fill the form in black ink, and attach the copy of partnership deed, which serves the purpose of id proof. also u need to attach one address proof (in case u wish to get the registration at an address other than mentioned in partnership deed)
