Both Partner or any Partner.
If it requires Firm seal,
What are the complete formalities in case of Partnership PAN

04 August 2011 any partner can sign 49A...yes seal needs to be affixed.. u need to fill the form in black ink, and attach the copy of partnership deed, which serves the purpose of id proof. also u need to attach one address proof (in case u wish to get the registration at an address other than mentioned in partnership deed)
