Two persons makes an agreement to run the Hospital in of name of Daya Hospital under certain terms and conditions (not partnership). Can Daya Hospital apply for PAN No. under the status of Association of Person? Thanks in advane to experts.

to run a hospital certain licences are needed, without a firm agreement and governing body viz partnership or AOP it can not be availed, follow the process which was adopted at the time of getting such permissions.
