15 December 2011 Dear All,

We have applied for Pan of one of our client, Pan was allotted and sent to client address but it went back to Mumbai without delivering to our client. Now Our client needs the Pan card what is to be done. This is the not case of lost Pan card. This returned due to non-delivery. I called up NSDL office of Mumbai but could not get proper response from them.
Pls suggest

15 December 2011 first NSDL provide the PAN card through courier company second chance they dispatch through speed post.

if in first chance your client could not get it , wait they will send it through speed post and noted please ask client to speak fr delivering the pan card to postman.

15 December 2011 Ramesh kumar sir's view is correct if your case not as per the ramesh kumar sir i.e the pan card send by the speed post then you have to apply for change request of the pan as per the question no 32 of the FAQ's relating to pan. please provide your email id i will send the FAQs of it other wise you can download it at www.incometaxindia.gov.in at the PAN option.
