Dear,
Kindly tell if a person has been wrongfully(unintentionally) alloted two PAN cards, but the second one is not yet been received by him. What is the procedure to get the second one cancelled & the fees payable for this to the I.T. Department.

Once it is received, you just send it back to IT Department. Need not to pay any fee.
