hi,i am 21 and i live with my parents.i am applying for pan card and i am giving the address proof as driving license.The problem is the address on driving license is not my current address, and also i don't have any proof which contains current address on it.
i heard u can give phone bill as address proof. but the bill is on my dads name. so is it possible to give it as address proof?? will that be a problem??

The proof of address and proof of identity should be on the name of the applicant for PAN CARD. So phone bill on the name of your father doesn't valid for you.
Don't worry you can submit the gazzetted officer's certificate for the proof of address and proof identity also. Please go through the point no 13 under the below link it will provide you the format of certificate from the gazzetted officer and required details etc... so please take the print out of the form and fill and make attestation by the proper authority.
