Pan card address change

07 April 2009 I just want to ask that till now i have been filing my income tax return in kolkatta income tax office with my kolkatta address but from the last five year i am residing in delhi and now just to get new colour pan card i have filied pan correction application in NSDL and i have mentioned my delhi address on the application.I have recevied my new pan card on my delhi address.

So by writing my delhi address in my appliaction my income tax file will transfer from kolkatta to delhi or not.


Please reply me soon that where i will file my income tax return in future.]

07 April 2009 You have to File your income tax Return in Delhi only along with letter for migration of PAN Data from Kolkatta to Delhi the Letter should address to Kolkotta ITO where you previously filled your return & CC to Delhi office
