I read somewhere that u can submit the employer certificate as the address proof
so can u explain me what is employer certificate & how any one get the employer certificate
if u have the format of employer certificate that please mail it to me on sumitarora.7777@gmail.com

04 January 2012 actually, when you live in Noida and address proof is also available noida such as rent agreement then at the time of issuance the PAN CARD APPLICATION (FORM-49A) THE applicant is expect that she/he will not received in office time then they submit alongwith Letter Head of concerned company / department where they doing job .

format is:

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that Ashok Kumar S/O Ram Eter Parshad his date of birth is 25.01.1980 & at their Residence is House No. C-64, New Sanjay Amar Colony, Vishwas Nagar, DELHI-110032.

04 January 2012 please tell me 1 thing

if you does not have the rent agreement in your own name bcoz u r staying with your relative rent agreement is on their name so whether still u can submit the Employer Certificate
whether employer can freely give the certificate or whether employer can be liable later on for giving the certificate on the declaration made by the employee

& one more thing as per your mail the letter should be signed & stamped by gazzeted office so how employer can sign it
or after the employer signature the signature of gazzeted office is necessary
