sir,
one doubt is to me
i have pan card with name b.nagendra vara prasad.
but recently i started a small lathe work with the name of vigneswara lathe work. we are giving tech service to automobile companies but they are asked at the time of my service bill payment company pan card. my personal name pan is not accepted.
can i take separately in the name of vigneswara.

If you have started your business as proprietorship business, then you should provide your individual PAN and ask to your customers to deduct the TDS in your PAN. However, if you are doing business in any status other than prop. then you should take separate PAN for TDS & other purposes.

For "sole proprietorship business" the pan card of "proprietor" is valid,
There are certain other registrations / licence, viz Trade Licence, where the name of Proprietor is mentioned with business name, and with such additional documents the company will accept the pan card in name of proprietor.
