my friend applied for pan card in year 2003 through uti but didnt received till date but he is having his PANo and he is not able to efile his return. so what should he do to receive his pan card........... plz help

HE SHOULD APPLY AGAIN FOR NEW PAN CARD ONLINE OR THROUGH NSDL.

Query is not very clear.
If PAN Card is not received but PAN number is available, apply to NSDL for reprint of PAN Card providing proof of PAN allotment.
If PAN number is also not available, apply for a new PAN through NSDL.
If PAN Card is not received but PAN number is available, apply to NSDL for reprint of PAN Card providing proof of PAN allotment.
If PAN number is also not available, apply for a new PAN through NSDL.
