is any liability arise to file return even if i don't have any income from starting( from the date of issued pan card to me)or i don't come under the purview of tax liability since beginning

IF your Income is below the prescribed limit in any financial year then no need to file income tax returns

sir i have taken pan card this F/Y and i dont have any taxable income then will filing of return be required/mandatory
