30 January 2010 I HAVE TWO PAN CARD WITH DIFFERENT NO., I HVE BEEN GIVEN APPLICATION FOR SUBMISSION FOR OLD ONE.BY MISTAKE THIS TIME I FILLED MY RETURN WITH OLD PAN NO.PLZ TELL ME CAN I SUBMIT REVISED RETURN WITH NEW NO.

30 January 2010 Obviously you can file the revised return with your new pan...And yes, pls submit your old pan as soon as possible to avoid the future contingencies.

30 January 2010 you can revised your Return if your have filed your return before due date and do as expert says about old Pan, you have to surrender the older one to avoid any future problem of any penalty.
