Dear professional,
My friend having 2 pan cards both are identical in all respect except Father's name is different.
he got his first pan card with wrong father name so he apply for correction and got 2nd pan card with same no. and containing right name of his father. Now should he have to return his 1st pan card?

then 1st pan card with wrong name become invalid and no need to return.
