PLEASE LOG ON NSDL SITE FOR MORE INFORMATION REGARDING THIS DETAILS OR YOU WILL READ FORM NO 49A IN DETAILS

FOR NON RESIDENT INDIANS-
PASSPORT COPY DULY ATTESTED BY INDIAN EMBASSY LOCATED IN FOREIGN COUNTRY OR IN INDIA AND COPY OF NRI BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT.NRIS SHOULD MENTION FOREIGN ADDRESS IN 49A PAN FORM-THE CARD WILL BE DELIVERED IN FOREIGN POSTAL ADDRESS,IN 15 DAYS.
You have to fill the same form 49A
In such case you have to fill column No 14. as representative Assessee. All 1 to 13 columns will be including the information of the Foreign Applicant & in column no 14 you have to fill the details of Representative Assessee.
In case any difficulties please go through Instructions of filling Form 49A.
