i have individual pan and also have service tax no. in name abc as proprietorship comapny. it is compulsory apply pan no in company name.

naahh! there's no need for proprietorship co. to have an separate PAN. same pan what allotted to you as an individual will be used for all transactions.

No.. it is not mandatory..
as it is proprietor ship But you need to get PAN if it is other than proprietor ship
