WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO CHANGE THE DATE OF BIRTH IN THE PAN CARD?

you have to file CORRECTION FORM 49A to NSDL OR UTI.
attach date of birth cerificate self attested.
make a right tick in form whatever u make changes.
if date of birth cerificate is not available then written confirmation from class I Gazzatted officer will be considered
