Dear Sirs & Friends,
What is the procedure to get a PAN Card of a company which was incorporated in 07.09.2008 as per its Form A1 certificate, since there was no transaction in this pvt. ltd. company no PAN Card was applied for, but the assessee now plans for applying a pan card and also wants to make transaction in this pvt. ltd. company, please explain me the total procedure of obtaining PAN of this company and is there any other obligation that my client has to fulfill for starting business in such an entity which was incorporated on 07.09.2008. After incorporation there was no transaction made, no return filing nothing has been done till date, Please help me to know the procedure so that i can start business transactions.

All you need to do is apply for PAN of the company by applying in Form 49A.Because henceforth if the company enters into any transactions,PAN would be required compulsorily!
