Dear All, I have submitted PAN application along with certificate signed by gazetted Officer(Govt. Lecturer). The NSDL department rejected the application by stating that the certificate is signed by the Govt. College Lecturer not by the Govt. College Principle. This reason was made known to me on telephone. You are requested kindly let me know is this reason is right?
