One of my client being a Foreign Company, wants to apply for PAN in INDIA, though it don't have any type of Business in INDIA nor any Office in INDIA, but the Intention is to unable Lower deduction of TDS...Kindly help me who...My other client is ready to provide the address of his office for the purpose of communication...Kindly help

A non-resident foreign co. can also apply for PAN card.
