I would like to know that, whether now it is mandatory to fill office address in amended form 49A, in case of a business man
furnishing code no. 20 and he has no particular place of business (as he is a street vendor)
Please advise me.

02 May 2012 It is not mandatory to give office address in the Form 49A. In case still it asks, write the same address which you have written in the Residential Address.

02 May 2012 there is no requirement of writing office address in Fresh or correction PAN apply

it was use when you want your pan at your office address otherwise no need to write
