01 May 2012 A company is having its registered office in Gujarat. Can it apply for PAN from Delhi / Maharashtra and have its income tax assessments over there, i.e. in Delhi/Maharashtra?

01 May 2012 Sir, the company is new and applying for the PAN for the first time. Further though the registered office is in Gujarat, it would be having operations at Delhi / Maharashtra also. Please suggest.
