03 April 2012 I want to apply for pan for below,

some persons creates Businessman Association which was creates for fight for businessmen rights, against any wrong acts, to creates better business atmosphere for all businessmen in our Area

what we call it

association has just like, Managing person, Legal Adviser/Advocate, Members in Penal for Association work

Association will received fees from every businessmen for their service

04 April 2012 IF a business association is run by a trust and it is registered along with trust deed then it will be TRUST and you have to apply for PAN of Trust,

If a Business Association is created for a time being and not for long time period, then it will be BOI and you have to apply for PAN OF BOI

If above cases are not satisfied then It will be registered as a AOP.
