08 October 2012 A COMPANY CHANGED ITS NAME. IT HAS PAN IN THE OLD NAME. NOW THE COMPANY WANTS TO CHANGE THE NAME OF PAN CARD. SO WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE TO CHANGE THE NAME IN THE PAN CARD

08 October 2012 Fill the form no 49A for correction/change in PAN data. Apply online our through any tin facilitation centre. Find your nearest one address on the website of tinnsdl

10 October 2012 Most probably your PAN no will not change. Hence you need not surrender your old Pan card. Only the new details will get updated In ITD database. For more clarifications and details, meet the nearest tin facilitation centre.
