Paid tax challans not appearing in form 26 as

I had paid two challans of Rs.5000 each as Advance Tax and One Challan of Rs.19508 as Self Assessment Tax for the Assessment Year 2009 - 2010 at my Bank.
The Tax credit of the challans paid as Advance Tax & Self Assessment Tax for A.Y 2009-2010 isn't being reflected in Form 26 AS at Traces. As a result of this error I am not being able to take the Tax Credit of the paid amount.
However,the details of the same Challans are getting reflected at TIN website (CIN View) .
Since the Challan details are not reflecting in Part - C in Form 26 AS, I am unable to take tax credit and as a result my A.O has issued me a demand notice for the aforesaid Assessment Year.
Any help & suggestions would be welcome.

Write a reply letter to AO to rectify the demand considering the tax paid challans.
