Gud Mrng!I need to review P&L of SME for the month of Sept and compare with Aug.Please let me know the Areas and way to review.I had only basic idea of reviewing like increase in sales but decrease in profit etc...

Increase/decrease in all direct expense in proportion to sales ? reason for exceptional high/low.viz..
