19 August 2014 hello....
i have filled a ITR of my client but mistakenly there was a error in the head of capital gains. now i have received a intimation from income tax department demanding a Tax Liability of 500000 in capital gains though the Assessse does not have such income.
kindly suggest me the remedies available to me.
