Outstanding demand direct payment

19 February 2023 Now if you login to portal and go to outstanding demand , you can click on the particular item and pay through net banking. Since it is so direct, does it get adjusted against the outstanding demand automatically? Or you have to later respond with challan copy as before? Anyone tried direct payment from portal screen?.

19 February 2023 Its recent amendment. None would have experienced to that level, but it is expected to directly nullify the demand. After payment you are directed to fill the chalan details in required fields to close the demand.
