In AY 2008-09 outstanding tax demand of RS
570 show in e filing portal IN MY PENDING ACTION and now AY 14-15 TDS RS 9100. now can I can claim tds refund for ay 14-15 or after pay tax of Rs 570 ? please advice thanks......

Yes you can pay demand and claim refund seperately (Please check what far the demand is)
Even if you do not pay, Dept will adjust the demand against refund payable to you
