please suggest what other courses can be joined or what other qualification must be there ,together with CA so as to enhance the CV for placement in any MNC.

CS+LLB IS BEST COMBINATION in my personal opinion...

With convergence of IFRS with Indian GAAP, training conducted by CA institute would be an added advantage. A good grounding in Oracle, SAP or any of the softwares used by large industries would be essential. Just studying the advertisements given in this website reveals many requirements.
Finally, why running after MNCs, when India is badly in need of brilliant CAs and very good salary packages are avilable Interestingly, a good Indian experience also leads to MNCs or foreign postings. Good luck.
