A person worked in a firm for 6 months and retired but joined the same firm as consultant. So he was issued both 16 & 16A for the same FY. What is the ITR form to be used. Thanks in advance.

If the assessee prepares balancesheet, then ITR-4 or ITR-2.

if his gross receipts as consulate then he have to maintain compulsory book of accounts and file return in form ITR-4 and salary income also fill in .
