I have a company client for OSP Licence from department of tele communication. This will be my first case .. will you please tell me how much fees should i charge from this company.

My problem is i have already quoted rs. 15000 to the client. One of my friend said that the form is very complicated and you will not able to fulfill the documentation as per department requirement bcz i am not an IT expert. Is it realy complicated for a CA...?? Please provide a solution
