CAN WE OBTAIN COPY OF ORDER SHEETS RECORDED BY THE ASSESSING OFFICER AT THE TIME OF REGULAR ASSESSMENT PROCEDINGS UNDER SECTION 143(2). IF YES WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE AND UNDER WHICH SECTION ASSESSEE CAN OBTAIN FROM THE ASSESSING OFFICER. PLEASE CLARIFY
