An Indian company received some income from singapore after deduction of wht taxes.
What options are available for such company if such income is fully taxable in India i.e., whether wht taxes can be claimed back as a
a)credit against taxes payable in India; or b)refund from singapore govt by filing returns there.

In India Indian company will be allowed credit of the tax amount paid in singapore
