22 February 2018 i want to change from composition to regular taxpayer from 1 april 2018.
for that which date i submit my application on gst portal.

22 February 2018 there is no specific date mentioned as such for opting out of composition scheme. But if you wish to opt out from 1-Apr-18 then you should filed the application anytime after 31-mar
