I tried using it but couldn't succeed in implementing it. I have gone thru its basics. It is very easy to understand and also very good software I think. It is web-based so we can access it remotely too. If one has in-house software developers, customization can be done to suit specific requirements. You may visit their youtube channel to learn some basics. Thereafter install it and try it out. No special expertise is required I think.
