Dear Experts,
I have registered a Pvt Ltd Co.(ROC DELHI) and now i m going to open some new branch in Lucknow, Gurgaon, Noida.
I need to intimate ROC, Income Tax or any other department.
Pls advice,

You will inform the Income Tax Deptt. while e-filing the next Return of Income Tax
