10 July 2015 when incorporating opc company whether is it require to mention opc word in rent agreement??? if its not compulsory then any contradiction happens

10 July 2015 The words One Person Company shall be mentioned in brackets below the name of the the Company, wherever it is printed, affixed or engraved. Hence, you can give the name of the proposed OPC as allotted by ROC in the rent agreement. If it is not possible, the OPC can intimate the address of Registered OFfice within 15 days after incorporation
