Auditor appointment for 2nd FY i.e FY 2023 24 OPC does not require to hold AGM, hence opc can appoint auditor through board meeting resolution. Form ADT-1 should be filed by the company with the registrar of companies within 15 days, Is there any time limit for board meeting?
