In case of online TDS certificate, what is Certificate Number? How I get it?

It is generated automatically when the deductor generates it online.

After filing online TDS return, you have to send a request to NSDL. After that they will be sending you a file by mail or you can get it by login and get the TDS certificates downloaded from there.
