hi!
HAPPY NEW YEAR....
I submitted a return on 1/07/2011 and haven't sent to Banglore, due to sume mistakes , which I found later. and I want to file a corrected return now..
but when I upload the correct return now.. the webside is asking me to file revised return onle sin the original one has already been filed..
what shuld iI do...

As per new amendment in section 139 if u filed return online and not sent to it in cpc within time limit then this return will be deemed as rejected return.
