27 July 2012 Dear Sir,
One of my client is south Indian. He has no surname. also, he forget password for online return filing. He has not filed any online returns. Now what remedy i have to reset his password?
Also, i had tried to reset password with the help of PAN detail. But it shows mismatch in fathers name.
Kindly PROVIDE ME THE BEST SOLUTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

27 July 2012 the only solution is you have to provide one of the two options for resetting the pass word. another option is you can approach the any incometax office nearer to you and request the officials who were working with AST with the details with you. your problem will be solved at any cost.
