10 December 2013 Dear Experts
I am trying to upload a rectification request for one of my clients as there is TDS mismatch. After login, when I mention the CPC Communication Reference No an error message crops up that this is not a valid CPC reference. The 143(1) Intimation Reference No is CPC/1314/A1/1309915020. But the website tells me that this is not valid.
Am I doing something wrong

10 December 2013 when u feed this number check the caps and the /....it must be same.

10 December 2013 it may be because you are giving wrong intimation number ..i mean not the latest intimation recd from department or you are entering in wrong a.y

try for some time other wise make request for resending intimation for the year for which you want to rectify you will get intimation 143(1) again from department with in 3-7days and using that do rectification

on the other side you better contact ASK call centre they will let you know if you are making any mistake
