Online filling of verification form

17 February 2012 Need help regarding online verification form.............i m trying for the online verification form but its simply not working and giving an error message "INVALID USER ID/MOBILE NO".............but i filled the same mob no in my exam form of nov 2011...........tried to contact the ICAI help desk but all in vain.......nobody's answering the Query der......Don't know wat 2 do....pls help............
