Hi,
While i want to chat online, i clicked the person who is available online (green icon) but it showed me to upgrade by paying.
I paid and now while i click a person who is online to chat, its getting hanging and can't able to chat.
Can u please tell me the procedure to chat online for asking doubts in tax matters.

Just restart your computer and try again. If it doesnot work, contact the Admin (CCI) or if the problem is in your computer, then contact your computer vendor.
