Online CA fees payment

I have made the payment of my CA annual membership fees online.. do i need to send a physical form too after payment. If yes which form i cant find ne such form after logging in.

NO there is no need to send any physical form after making online payment of your membership fees

but after making payment through credit card it is still showing the membership fee for 2008-09 is due..

Actually they required some time to update the records thats why the actual status is not there
