25 August 2013 one of my client have a company. which have only some profesional & office expenses no income earned. what type of forms require for online form subimiision ( for which form CA Add) IS 3 CD, 3CA applicable on this co.
please suggest.

25 August 2013 1)3CD and 3CA is applicable only if assesse subject to tax audit,as you said there is no income---said forms not applicable

2)however as you said Assesse is company he Mandatorily required to appoint statutory auditor and required to file annual report and 23AC,AND 23ACA with ministry of corporate affairs(ROC)

26 August 2013 1)Not required with income tax department

2)mandatory to file with ROC(registrar of companies) and mandatory to get books audited need ot appoint statutory auditor
