My friend has applied for IPCC nov 2011 through online application form. we have two queries sir/Madam,
1) In that application page icai has mentioned that printout of online application should not be folded but my friend by mistake she folded the form and submitted in a small cover.
2) ICAI didnt mentioned that along with application form we should enclose ITT & Orientaion certificate copy. Whether any requirement is there to enclose those ITT & Orientation certificate copies.
It will create any problems for issuing the admit card. please kindly give reply as soon as possible. Thanks Sir/Madam in advance....

1. I think it would be better for you to talk with the helpline number given on the website. 18603450112
2. As they have already taken orientation and ITT details from you in the form, therefor no need to send its photocopies.
