19 October 2013 After uploading 3CD there is need to approved the same from client i.e.Assessee in my case approval is completed afert 30th sepetmber so, the problem is there is any penalty under Income Tax Act.

19 October 2013 but in my worksheet there was a message 44AB compliance pending before the approval is that ok.

Generally pending for approval status will appear when assesse acceptance is pending, if it is done it ill be fine
